Welcome to Harris County MUD 319
Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 319 (the District) was created in 1985 pursuant to House Bill No. 2514, 69th Legislature and operates in accordance with Article III, Section 52 and Article XVI, Section 59 of the Texas Constitution. The primary activities of the District include financing, construction, and operation water, sewer, drainage, park and recreational facilities, and the construction of road improvements within the District.
